No, the housing doesn't need to be free, but it should be worth the price. Room or apartment. No smoking, no drugs, no dope, no exceptions.
Projects must be actual projects or large jobs. No house maid, no PCA, no light cleaning, no misc. or made up stuff. You don't have to "figure out" something for me to do. Not expecting a wage as I'm 48 and chubby and many will say I'm too old to be of much use. Just seeking work to stay busy and active rather than stuck in a house or a kitchen.
If you have a business, or are starting one that requires a decent amount of labor, let me know. Looking for outside and/or active work.
This is for people or person with a big project or projects that is looking for legitimate help.
Kids are grown, have lived where I live now for over 20 years, have many skills, not desperate, not destitute, not stupid. Last job was Senior Accountant, and I've even owned my own business. I've processed (didn't file as not a C.P.A.) taxes for multiple businesses and was the office manager for a company with millions in annual sales. So yeah, I'm kind of smart.
Mainly seeking to work (again, for free) dairy farms, cattle operations, homesteads with small livestock, parks or recreational areas needing a lot of maintenance, large landscaping projects, and similar.
Yes, I get this ad is weird, and I'm OK with that. It basically just covers all of the responses I've received previously. Not desperate to find something, but it doesn't hurt to try. I'd much rather experience different areas being able to stay productive than be bored in an apartment. Kind of focusing on areas around Aberdeen and Watertown as hoping to relocate to that area. Thanks!
